Surescripts: Evening on the RIver

Overview

When Surescripts wanted to celebrate in style, Hana April Inc. produced Evening on the River, a fall-inspired corporate event that continues to be a favorite topic among employees long after the last guest departed. The goal was to create an experience that felt warm, personal, and unforgettable while also fostering connection across the company.

Our Role

We managed the event from concept to completion, including:

  • Venue scouting and selection to secure the stunning riverfront Nicolet Pavilion

  • Menu planning that highlighted seasonal flavors

  • Floral and décor design with an autumnal palette

  • Custom experiential element that served as a branded photo moment to capture the evening’s spirit

  • Entertainment curation that kept guests engaged all night

Key Experiences

The evening featured:

  • Live engraving station where guests took home personalized koozies

  • Interactive games such as giant pong and Hammerschlagen

  • Live s’mores bar for a cozy, sensory touch

  • High-energy DJ to keep the dance floor full

Impact

From the moment doors opened to the final teardown, our team ensured every detail was executed seamlessly. The balance of fun, personalization, and thoughtful touches made the night one employees are still talking about, which is a testament to Hana April Inc.’s ability to transform a single evening into a long-lasting company memory.
